Thank you for your update. If you would like to create manual a backup of your hosting account/cPanel at any given state, you may: 1. go to your cPanel -> Backups tool ( screenshot: https://prnt.sc/la93bp ) 2. click on a Download a Full Website Backup ( screenshot: https://prnt.sc/la93kx ) 3. you may save the backup in your home directory and even set it up to send you an email once the backup generation is completed ( screenshot: https://prnt.sc/la943l ) The entire process may take a while, depending on the size of your hosting account. Please note that you should have disk space available. Once the backup is complete, you would be able to download it via the cPanel -> File manager tool, or through the link which will be provided. The backup will contain your entire hosting account as it is at the moment of its generation (databases, websites, settings, and emails) and can be imported by us. As mentioned, you may download the backup onto your own device and then remove it from the server. In case you decide to generate another backup after some time, please ensure the old backup file (archive) is not present on the server, as it would simply archive an archive, taking up unnecessary disk space. If you require any further assistance, we are 24/7 at your service.
